Tested with a 9V battery (sold separately) and the electronic siren is fully operational.

Condition:  Good.  Siren works. Minimal paint chips or scratches.  Battery cover on bottom missing. The water cannon on top has a broken plastic piece that connects the metal cannon to the fire truck, but the tubing is still connected properly.  See photos for details.  I no longer have the bulb water fill tubes to put water in the fire engine to shoot out the water cannon so I could not test that.
