This is a Behringer Ultramizer Pro DSP 1424P 24 Bit Digital Multiband Loudness Maximizer.  I am largely unfamiliar with it.  Please see the YouTube VIDEO link below to see the limited testing and to see details.  I am not equipped to test it further.  As shown, it powers up and is responsive to some buttons being pushed and dials turned.  The prior owner believed it was functional.  Cosmetically it generally looks good, but it may have abrasions or scratches.
