Items will be carefully packed (how we would like to receive items) and comes from a smoke-free home.

Please note P&P costs are for packaging / wrapping materials and Royal Mail Signed-for Postage.

Terms

We only accept Pay-Pal as terms ofpayment as this means we can get your goods delivered to you quickly or PostalOrder by arrangement.

Please pay within 72hrs of auctionending.

We do not accept returns so if you areunsure about the colour, size, description etc of any item, and would likefurther information, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will replypromptly.

If however we have incorrectly listed,described this item please E-Mail us before leaving negative feedback so we canresolve the matter for you.

Delivery

If you are unable to sign for yourpurchase, the Post Office will leave a card to indicate they have tried todeliver to you. It is your responsibility to then collect the item from thePost Office stated on the card within the time specified. If you do notcollect, and the item is returned to us (which does take some considerabletime), we will require additional postage to enable us to return the parcel toyou.

Should an item go astray in the post,we are always more than happy to provide you with proof of postage details, andto assist you with your claim.
