This is the South River Model Works "South River Model Works "Skeeter's & Clear Brook" HO scale, Craftsman's unassembled Kit #320. The kit does NOT include the vehicles and figures. The kit builds into a scene which may fit various eras and locales. If not familiar with the kit you may wish to check out the South River Model Works site for details and photographs.
This kit consists of several buildings which build into a large footprint diorama. The buildings are unique and kits on their own. They are easy to separate for positions on your layout.
