Condition is "Pre-owned". Good used condition with a dark spot on the right leg & light discoloration on the left. The pant legs appear to be hemmed and measure close to 27". There is a flaw in the stitching around the ankle (leg opening photo). The waist measures slightly smaller than a true 34.
