About a 22" waist Front length 30, Back 42. There was silk lining but it's shattered (all over my DR rug) and there's small (dime) rusty looking stain on the front. The magic is the lace and there's a lot of it. I think Bologna with Point de France, maybe ?  It's definitely old, but I was told machine lace began being produced in the 1850,s. I haven't measured the amount of lace, but I will. The skirt/velvet in itself is certainly in wearable condition and the lace is perfect. The beading is real tiny hand applied crystal, not those silver things that we have today.

Disclaimer: I did eBay for twenty years maintaining an almost consistent 100% feedback. Lately I got hit with two, one in which she never told me there was a problem and one in which the guy got stuck with a pin I had left in some old gowns. One wou;ld have thought he had to undergo a transfusion, but he would be okay if I slashed 25%, and he didn't want to send them back. No. If I offer to take them back and all you really want is a price reduction, I'll chance the feedback. I don't deal well with extortion  or bullying. I'm not hungry. I do this because I like textiles and lace and couture clothes, but not that much.
