This is a fun lot of paper items bought from the estate of the family that once owned the Redwood Rest Resort in Boulder Creek, Santa Cruz Mountains in CA. The lot here spans the years 1942-1958. Lot includes the following:

4 variations of brochure in different colors, 1954-58

A folder that opens up to include 3 brochures from Big Basin and the San Lorenzo Valley w/ Big Trees-- before it became Henry Cowell State Park

3 older brochures for the resort dating from the 40's -- not dated but the text alludes to gas rationing

6 postcards, 3 different designs

4 business cards

1 envelope

A crude map on back of one brochure indicates that the resort was located on highway 9 between Brookdale and Boulder Creek.

Please see photos for condition / details. There is some wear to various items.
