Remember when you used to buy a pack of Camel cigarettes and you would get a little $5 C-Note of Camel Cash? That gear you could buy was some of the coolest stuff when I was a kid. My step-dad smoked two packs a day and had been saving those C-Notes for years when they pulled all the Joe Camel ad campaigns and discontinued the Camel Cash catalog. He had three paper grocery bags filled to the top with tiny little banknotes that were now completely worthless, and he was pissed. He switched to smoking Drum rolling tobacco after that.
