So 1st the box has seen better days. 2nd the doll has been removed, but other accessories are still attached.   Barbie herself is in good condition.  To me, her legs are slightly facedown the inner thigh.  Her swim bottom has some discoloration.  Buying as is.  Feel free to email me with any questions.
