The Pet Carrier Bag uses 6 (hook and loop Pads/Fasteners) Similar to that brand name product that starts with the letter "V" to hold the Bag to the base, the bag can be installed in either direction relative to the base Handle. Be sure to reach you hand inside of the bag and hold the location opposite of where you are pressing the hook and loops from on the bottom outside of the bag. This will insure the best grip between the base and the bag.

The Handle extends with 2 telescoping cylinders,  use the button on the Handle to allow the Handle to either extend or retract. Once fully extended, there is a third cylinder that will rotate to allow you to angle the Handle upwards, so that the Carrier can remain flat (all 4 wheels on the ground) while pulling. There will be some resistance the first time doing this, this is normal, this is what holds the Handle angle where you Set it even when you let go of it.

Note 2:

The first time that you operate the many Zippers on the bag, you may have to reset their positions, by moving them (as a pair) around to one end or the other, then they will work properly.

Note 3:

Installing the wheels to the base is easy, they just snap in place easily, but pay attention that they only install in one direction, as in you have to line up the tabs in the right rotation.
