Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Willem Hendrik Franquinet' after 'Guido Reni'. Willem Hendrik Franquinet (Dutch; 1785-1863) originated from Maastricht. He worked in Paris, Frankfurt and London, before moving to New York. Guido Reni (1575-1642) was active as a fresco painter in the end of the 16th. Century. He was held in great esteem for his art.
