Sold as is.  All the jaw components have been thoroughly cleaned up and re-greased.  The E 10 has a lot of paint loss, however, will not affect the performance of the wrench.  The jaw teeth are in good condition.   Dial Turns Easily - No Issues.   The wrenches will have some surface rust, paint loss, scrapes, marks, dings, wear, and dents (Please see pictures for more details).  No owner's marks.  Structural integrity is good on all the items.  All tested and work well.
