1960's VERY quirky, retro decanter.

Inside the base is housed a musical box, when the decanter is placed down, the music switches off. When picked up again, Swan Lake starts to play.  This "Tell-Tale" mechanism tells you when someone is having a sneaky top-up!

Quite a conversation piece and well made with lots of different components.

The bottle is beautiful green glass, trailed with gold squiggles. The top and base of the lighthouse is made from brass metal, there is a cork / chrome pourer in the bottle's top.

The detail is amazing, rope effect balcony, faux snakeskin flooring and red celluloid inside the cut-out "windows".

The makers label is on the base, a simple red and gold "M"

It stands approximately 32 cm tall.
