Darling little one looking for adoption!

Appears to be from the TRANSITIONAL period,  the Designer line. 

As with many dolls from this period,  the elastic in the shorts is shot. Safety pins have been used to tighten the waist. No diaper on this guy. He has some scuffing or marks on his face. I haven't tried to remove anything, and only used a damp cloth.
