The transmitter and the receiver can use one of 8 radio frequency channels.
The one you chose to use is selected by inputting a binary pattern to CH1, CH2 and CH3 terminals. However; the receiver has an extra channel selection terminal marked "B", which must be grounded (because the transmitter has no such terminal), so that the transmitter and the receiver use the same frequencies .
The manufacturer of these devices should supply much more comprehensive data sheets, including a table showing which frequencies are being selected for each input pattern, like the one shown in the attached photo (this for example only so the frequencies shown may not be the ones for sale here)
So that you can be sure that the frequencies match.
