Victorian Walnut Writing Slope Box Brass Mounted Original c.1880 sold for repair, it is a good quality box but needs repair, it would suit a restorer or enthusiast , it has burr walnut veneer to the front and top. the box has a split to the top, needs brass stringing and a brass plaque to the top, it has the original brass key plate loose in side, it could be easily put back, the box needs a key and , original lock and hinges. the interior need leaves, it has the original wooden pen rest.
