You're looking at Baby Gap brand cardigan cable knit sweater in size 4 years.  It's not a full-length cardigan but slightly short. It's a cream color and has a felt bow and 1 loop and button at the top of the neckline, which honestly is a little difficult to actually close.  Thick-ish material - 55% cotton 25% rayon 20% nylon.  There is some piling throughout and errant threds.
