Realistic with tonalist palette watercolor of Roses in a Glass Bowl by Charlotte Buell Coman (1833-1924), listed New York artist, 12 7/8" by 17 7/8" on heavy paper, signed lower left, under Museum glass in a vintage gilded, incised decorated frame, 18 5/8" by 23 7/8".  Artist was born in Iowa, initially studied with James Brevoort in New York City, then spent 10 years abroad, first in Paris, studying with Harry Thompson and Emile Vernier, then in Holland, returning to NYC in the 1880's.  Elected Associate to National Academy of Design in 1910, she was a member of the National Association of Woman Painters, New York Watercolor Club, and New York Society of Painters.  Condition is excellent for age, slight toning and residual mounting adhesive/tape on back, frame with a few spots of professional restoration.
