By use wireless, we meant it works by wifi, no need internet cable. But each camera indeed need a power plug to get electricity. Pls be understanding. We can't accept return as for the reason of not wireless. Like I shown in pictures, they need power supply!!!

  • Question 1: I do not have WiFi. Can this camera still work without WiFi?
  • Answer 1: Yes, security camera system can work without network, plug and play for local view through a monitor/TV. But if you need remote through a smart phone device, you need plug Ethernet cable.
  • Question 2: Does the dvr come with a pre-installed hard drive? If not, What size should I buy?
  • Answer 2: No, it does not included hard drive. The NVR supports 3.5" Seagate/WD 6TB security hard drive, pls note if the hard drive is 3-6TB, it may need change an adapter for the NVR( 12V 3A or 5A),12v 2A adapter may be underpowered to drive the bigger HDD.
  • Question 3: Can | add more cameras on it, rotation camera, or original camera?
  • Answer 3: Yes, system supports 8 cameras; about more cameras, its better to choose original camera.
  • Question 4: Security camera system is powered by plug or battery?
  • Answer 4: By plug, cameras and NVR are powered by plug, the power cord of the camera is 1 meters.
