Vintage Sterling Silver Large Turquoise Bracelet Heavy Gauge Native American

Here's a magnificently large turquoise cuff bracelet with 3 sterling silver bands, all of which are heavy gauge. The two outer rails are nearly square wire that are about 1/8" thick. The middle band is hand twisted. The large turquoise stone is set in a hand-formed smooth bezel which is surrounded by twisted silver wire. There are silver dots on either end of the stone.

The bracelet face is about 2  3/8" by 1  1/2".

The three bands taper from a width of 1  7/8" under the stone to 3/8" at either end.

The inner circumference is 5" with an additional 1  3/8" wrist gap. It will fit up to a 6  3/8" wrist.

The bracelet isn't signed, which not unusual for the time period when this was made. However, it does exhibit traditional Navajo designs and techniques. PLEASE see condition of item description and look at photos closely!

Please measure your wrist twice and know your proper size BEFORE purchasing this bracelet. Because there is a stone set in this bracelet, opening it up by hand could crack the silver or loosen the stone. The same things can happen if you squeeze the bracelet too hard to make it smaller. If the bracelet needs a small adjustment to be more comfortable for you, please take it to your favorite professional jeweler. He or she is typically happy to assist.
