Fabulous antique hat, made of straw with feathers. Can be worn flat or popped up when stuffed.

Very nice condition, some ware to the trim edge, there is a metal wire on the edge so you can shape the hat.  

Not counting feathers it is about 13" horizontal and vertical.   The original band tha goes around your face is still attached but very thin and I would not use.
