This vintage Remco Whirlybird helicopter toy works good.  The wheels roll the back propeller turns, and the hoist comes back up.  I show a picture of the hoist extended out and then retracted.     The blades have some discoloration and fading. Some of the stickers are loose. All in all not to bad, see all photos for condition.  Feel free to email me with any questions.
