Factory Sealed - In Very Good condition, no cracks or damage to the case, the disc is seated inside and not flopping around. The seal plastic has a small rip in the front as shown in images. It still has the XBOX seal on the side under the plastic seal and is undamaged. The back lower right corner of the seal has a small rip also, The game is in MINT Unopened Condition.
The bonus content says it includes 4 additional maps and 3 gameplay modes. I do not know if any of the DLC is still valid, this game came out in 2009
