This 96 page book depicts the special Christmas celebration arranged by the company for its employees.

The book was printed for PRIVATE DISTRIBUTION and was presented to Carrie Curtis and numbered #878.  The book measures about  8 1/2 x 10 1/2 inches and is in good condition with little wear other than some staining especially on the back cover and some minor paper loss again on the back cover.  The binding is strong but some separation can be seen on the bottom.

One of the interesting accounts in the book tells about the search for a Christmas tree for the party.  The company could not find a suitable tree and decided TO BUILD A TREE USING INDIVIDUAL CHRISTMAS TREES.  This tree can be seen in some of the pictures provided for your inspection.

Also included is a separate insert of a frameable photo of Dr. Charles Steinmetz & Thomas Edison taken at Briarcliff Lodge in 1909.  

The book is not inexpensive but is hard to find.
