Hot Air
Stationary Engine.

This scratch built Stirling type hot air stationary engine is in "as found" condition.
The engine has the usual scuffs, surface rust marks and scratches marks you would expect from a used item.
The brass has tarnished and there are some burn marks to the bottom.
The piston and rods do move smoothly when the fly wheel is turned.
I have tried to show the condition in the photographs.
It measures 21 cm (8 1/4 inches) long and it stands 9.5 cm (3 3/4 inches).
