Clockwork
Wooden Boat / Launch

Part Box.
This large wooden clockwork "Kellner" boat or launch has its' part of its' box and it is in "as found" condition.
It has retained much of its' cream and blue paint work with its' red lining however, there are also the usual scratches, scuffs and marks that you would expect from a played with item of this age.
The pink paint inside the cabin has some staining.
The varnish to the engine cover has crazing and losses.
The windscreen, flag and funnel to the front are missing.
Rather than the "K" logo to the front, this version has a globe transfer to either side, these have a good colour without ant rubbing.
I have tried to show the condition in the photographs.
The boat is missing its' brass and cork cover over the keyhole, bu it has a working key.
The clockwork motor still works well and drives the prop at a good speed.
The on/off lever works as it should.
The rudder moves as it should and stays in place on a serrated brass strip.
The launch measures 63 cm (25 inches) long.
This would be ideal for repairs or spares.
The stands are not included.
