Vintage Sterling Cuff Bracelet Twisted Coiled Wire Navajo Native American Tahe

Here's a wonderful sterling silver cuff bracelet with a classic three-band design. The two outer bands are smooth and slightly domed while the central band is a tight coil and is raised above the outer bands. The bands are joined together at both ends, but are otherwise separated.

The bracelet is 7/16" wide.

The inner circumference is 5  1/4", with an additional 1  1/2" wrist gap.

It weighs a notable 36.8 g.

The artists' hallmark is "Tahe" indicating celebrated Navajo artist Franklin (and likely his wife Verna) Tahe.

This piece was obtained from an estate in Chicago, IL whose family was in the Native American arts and crafts industry for over 55 years, beginning in the late 1950s.
