Breast collar is black in color by Fabtron. It measures 17"3/4 from outer ring to center ring on one side. It's 2" wide and measuring 2"1/2 with felt backing. Breast collar in good condition. Does have some Tarnish on the buckle's and some horse hair on the felt backing. Look at pics.
