Cooper received death threats from what he said were inside agents of the U.S. government who wanted to shut him up. It became so bad he sent his family out of the country.
Cooper was killed in November of 2001. He was shot in the back by undercover police who claim they were serving him a warrant at night in an unmarked vehicle and not uniform and that Cooper tried to flee and was shot in the back. Milton William Cooper only had one leg. Sadly justice was not served to those who took his life, just as Cooper had predicted and feared would happen.
