This attractive and whimsical sterling silver toothpick or cigarette urn in the shape of a top hat was made by the silversmiths Reed & Barton of Taunton, Massachusetts. It remains in excellent vintage conditionand is engraved "Oct. 26, 1949" to the base. What a classy addition to your dining room table or bar!
