Round Aluminum Bar is an extruded aluminum product. The item length is at or is on the plus side of the dimensions provided. The Aluminum Round Bar is new and meets all mill specifications, the diameter is subject to standard mill tolerances.

Surface finish may vary depending on size and grade. The item is handled using overhead cranes, chains and straps. Surface scratches, inventory labels, label adhesive, mill (manufacturing) stencil markings and marking identification paint on the ends of the bar are common. This item is cut using a bandsaw, a residue of non-toxic cutting fluid may be present.
The product is cut using a bandsaw, as a result the end cuts are not pefectly square and end surface is not perfectly smooth.

We have established this online distribution store to service smaller customers or those who need a quantity less than standard service center minimums. The Aluminum on this site is listed in various sizes. We have sizes listed that ship cost effectively throughout the USA using USPS flat rate packages and UPS Ground.
We do NOT custom cut to size. Our equipment is designed for large volume repeat cutting. We cannot cut lower volumes cost effectively. We would recommend contacting a local machine shop or prototype shop to assist you. They are better equipped to cut and or fabricate lower volumes to your specifications.

Shipping
The shipping method is specified in the listing. We select the most economical shipping method for the item listed. We typically use shipping services provided by USPS (flat rate), FedEx One Rate or FedEx / UPS ground. Tracking numbers are uploaded into your eBay order when the shipment is processed.
Items are shipped within 1 or 2 business days of payment.
Items which ship FedEx or UPS Ground, weights can be combined to offer better economic shipping rates. To combine weights on multiple items, add each ground item to your cart and then check out. The discounted Ground rate listed is based on the total weight and your zip code. Ground shipping is discounted based on the total weight of the order. They offer larger discounts for heavier packages so please combine your items when purchasing to get the best shipping cost.PLEASE NOTE for ground items there are higher shipping costs for items shipping larger than 48" or 50lbs these are surcharges imposed by UPS or FEDEX
For logistic purposes and based on carrier performance, we reserve the right to change the shipper. The change will not significantly increase your transits time. The class of service will be of like kind. We will absorb any additional shipping costs which may occur as a result of the change.
If you would like us to ship the item using your UPS or FedEx account, select item PICKUP as your shipping option and message us delivery address, and carrier and your account number.
We take great care in packaging your items for shipment. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Please save and original packing material so we may make a claim to the carrier.
