Shipping cost has been calculated based upon successful buyer being located in the continental United States only.  Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available, but shipping cost may be higher (buyers from these states please ask for a shipping quote BEFORE placing a bid).  All international sales will be shipped exclusively through the EBay Global Shipping Program.  Please note buyers from outside the United States are responsible for any and all duties, tariffs or other fees that your country may impose. They are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges as listed herein.  For non-US shipments, once the package leaves the US, both the USPS and I lose control over it, and transit times for these packages cannot be predicted.
