This is a very unique item, well at least I can't find any exactly like it. I have found similar items with the same character or image but not the same item. I have a total of six but each one is a little different, different color, different saying and / or character image.

I'm not sure what this is exactly, I believe it to be a school folder to hold school papers / homework; you would fold in half and use a hole punch; then put in a binder or use metal braids or some kind of binding item.

Another option might be a book cover although I believe it might be too thick / stiff to be a good option.
