In good used condition with no chips or cracks. This is a terra cotta ceramic shelf bracket in the form of a Dutch Man smoking a pipe wearing wooden shoes and posed in a crouching position holding the shelf on his back. This was made by pressing the wet clay into a mold. No makers marks. Please view all photos with care. See images with ruler for scale. Measurements 5.5" high x 4.5" wide x 3.1/4" deep.  Would make a great bookend.
