This auction is for a wonderful vintage taffeta-like textile fragment salvaged from a designer dress circa 1950-59. Shades of cherry red and black creating a deep wine color. Rich in appearance and quality.   Photos do not do this justice.  Textile is a flat/thin taffeta with a rustling sound. It has so many creative uses; would be wonderful for flower making as well. From my personal collection recently found. There are no tears, rips or stains. Although photos have been taken in natural light with no flash, color may not appear exactly the same due to how one’s monitor is set. It is deep in shade and lovely in appearance.
