You're buying this dowel jig. It is by DOWL-IT, is the "One And Only" self-centering dowel drill guide, and is model Wellman (1000). More detailed photos below.
This comes with instructions, and the original box. It is of solid metal (aluminum and steel) construction (not the cheap crappy version from China), and weighs over 2 pounds.
