The little coat on the top left side measures  26" at the chest.  It has damaged lining as well as missing a top button.  The right sleeve braid trim is fraying.  It is missing its belt.

The little black tuxedo looks like it was a costume .  It measures 26" at the chest.  17" from shoulder to bottom hem.  The pants are open at the side seams 5" down on both sides.  The waist measures 24" and the inseam is 16".

The brown coat with the patches and belt measures 30" at the chest.  There are a couple small holes in the collar.  The buckle shows a little rust.  The back arm seam needs restitched where it is starting to fray. 2".

The brown 2-tone wool jacket is missing the top button.  It measures 32" at the chest and 18" shoulder to hem.
