DEAD ON ARRIVAL?

DOA seldom happens on our livestock. This is mainly due to our continuous effort to improve on our packaging.

However, in the unfortunate event that our livestock is DOA, you MUST follow the below procedure to prevent your claim from being declined.

• Please contact me via Ebay messages within 2 hours of receiving your order. the time of arrival will be noted in the Royal Mail tracking history.
• The message must contain a clear photo of the livestock in the entire bag still sealed. 

This gives me time to review your claim and refund accordingly. As we are dealing with livestock, should you not make contact within 2 hours, refund claims will not be considered. Once your claim has been processed and reviewed a refund will be honoured for the cost of the item EXCLUDING the cost of postage within 24 hours.

Note that the acclimatisation process and how the livestock settle into your aquarium is the buyer's responsibility. If you are not sure, please ask for help beforehand and I will try my best to guide you through.

Therefore I am unable to cover the livestock once they have been delivered and introduced into your aquarium.

Refunds will NOT be considered if you miss delivery and your order is taken back to the sorting office.

Combined Postage

I do combine postage. You either request for total at checkout or pay for 1 postage and select collection for the rest.

Date of Delivery

We ONLY delivery Monday to Thursday.

The item must be signed for and therefore someone must be home to take delivery. I will only send item off after we agreed on a date you are free to receive item.
