This vintage fountain pen has a gold tip with warranted 14k 3 on the tip. I don’t know if the bands are 14k gold as well or not. Has lettering between the two bands, see pics, but i don’t know what it means. Pen is in excellent condition and includes cap. I don’t know a whole lot about it so it’s as is with no returns but if you want more pics let me know. Thanks for looking.
