This is the vintage "The Old Woman Who Lived In A Shoe" pull toy made by Playskool in the 1960s. The large shoe on wheels is the home for the six wooden figures shown -- the blue old woman with glasses in a bonnet; green, orange and red smiling children, a yellow frowning child and a white dog -- that are shaped to fit in the various holes in the shoe.
