Here is a building that came as a special request from a friend who got engaged at Emilias and wanted to have the building for his layout.

This kit is the first in a series of flats that I will be producing. Kit is printed in the colors as shown and will include the floors for the interior as well as the 3 fire escapes. I am also adding sidewalk indents to the base for realism.

This building is approximately 5“ W x 3”D x 9 1/2” High if used with the included base.

Sorry Bob, and the guests in the upper floors are not included in listing.

(We print our orders in the order that they come in, due to limited storage we do not keep an inventory.
