I have been using this for years now. Recently, I had to change my laptop and started having issues when using the headset on Teams. Tried it on Google Meets (on Mac) and didn’t have issues. So I am guessing the problem might be the usb hub not the headset. The problem I was having was crackling sound coming randomly for a while when someone else speaks. As I said it may be due to my laptop.
