• You are bidding on a new and unused rubber latex mould of a Large Ammonite Fossil. 
• This ammonite fossil is a 2d design so the pattern is on 2 sides of the finished ornament when cast.
• So to clarify this auction you are bidding on 1 latex rubber mould  to make the ornament as shown in our listing.
• This item has  reinforced latex this is for easy casting .
• Please note that this item does not come with a support case.
• This is our own design and is exclusive to ourselves and is only available from us.

• The finished ornaments stand approx 21 cm's length x 8 cm's tall and 16 cms width or 8 1/4  inches length by 3 1/4 inches tall and 6 1/4 inches wide.

• This mould can be used time and time again.
• These are good quality moulds.
• They can be used with either concrete,plaster,resin or Herculite 2 casting powder  and can be painted for that special effect or left natural.
• This is a great hobby and craft item and is an excellent business venture and will only cost a few pence to make with loads of profit.
• These items make an excellent garden ornaments and would look great in any garden.

• Please note all our prices reflect the quality of our products and cannot be produced for less.
• We will not reduce our prices in order to produce poor quality moulds that won't last not like some sellers on ebay who's prices reflect the quality of there moulds.

• We also combine postage for 2 or more items when paid for at the same time in one transaction.

• Please note that payments are to be made in UK sterling if you pay with paypal they will automatically do this for you.
• If you are outside the UK then paypal is preferred.
• Postage that is quoted is for the UK if you would like a postage quote the please email me for a price.

• Items paid with paypal or postal orders (uncrossed) are usually dispatched within 48 hours most are within 24 hours of payment being received.
• If you pay with a paypal echeque or personnel cheque then the item will be sent when the payment clears.
• There is no postage on a Saturday or Sunday.
• Postage is Monday to Friday,
• We go to the post office everyday so if you make your payment before 10 Am then your parcel will be posted the same day.
• If it is after 10 Am then your parcel will be the following day.
• We always obtain proof of postage and have them on record if you wish for us to send you proof please let us know.
• We can not be held responsible for the postage times once we have postage the item.

• If you need to make a claim with royal mail for a missing parcel we will help you with the claims process

• We do try to describe our items to the best of our ability and do not intend to mislead you in anyway with the description.
• Returns are not accepted if the mould is used, because of the nature of this product.
• Our photos show the finished item and a picture of a mould.
• If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it, unused and in its original packaging, for a refund (sending and return postage cost are non refundable).
• We will deduct the original postage that it has cost us to send the item to you from the value of the item.
• If there is a problem, because of a genuine mistake on our part I.e. wrong item sent, we will provide you with a refund for the item once it has been returned to us in its original condition.
• We will not be held responsible for bad casting, or new to casting, or bad supporting of the mould or any use of hot substances, i.e. wax, chocolate, etc. you use them at your own risk.
• Refunds or a replacement are given provided you contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item and returned to us within 7 days of auction.
• In all cases, buyers pay shipping at their own cost to return the products to us for an exchange or refund,
• (Postage cost is non refundable).
• All items returned to us as undelivered, and then the customer must pay for the items to be resent before it is dispatched again.
