Poor - Rips on card and OR smashed bubbles. Or if its a loose action figure body parts missing from their limbs. Burn marks or melts of any kind.

Good - Marks or dents around the card and bent, can have scratches on the card, or a combination of all of them. 

Excellent - One little blemish or scratch, or bend, but not a combination of any of them., looks as in mint condition besides that.

Mint : Perfect condition - This condition is pristine.  This is a collectors dream as it's the best condition possible without any scratches, dents, blemishes.  It can have a sticker on it as long as its free of any other defects.
