This is a beautiful Black American couple, dressed -Ken is missing his shoes.  Their clothes are not original.  They each measure about 12" tall.  Barbie has  wild long hair with blond streaks running in throughout her hair-beautiful.   Their arms and legs do move. The back of Barbie it says 2015/made in Indonesia  Ken is 1968- same country.   From a smoke free home.  Thanks for viewing.
