LICHENOLOGY (branch of mycology that studies the lichens, symbiotic organisms made up of an intimate symbiotic association of a microscopic alga [or a cyanobacterium] with a filamentous fungus).

Lichens - an excellent collection of 22 original pamphlets and offprints by various authors, a number with presentation inscriptions, 1870s-1920s.   

Good condition overall. See below for specific condition points. General age-related wear, including scattered creasing, age-toning, edge-wear, light fraying to wraps, minimal spotting, etc. etc. Please use the gallery images as a guide to condition.
