The Cairo Luna Park was in Heliopolis Cairo, Egypt. Open from 1911 to the beginning of 1915, the Cairo Luna Park was the first Western-style amusement park in Africa and the first in the Middle East. In 1915, buildings and grounds were converted into an auxiliary hospital at Luna Park for WW1. The hospital was closed in1916.

Good condition. Unposted. Condition consistent with postcards of this age. This may include some edge, corner and surface wear for both Posted and Unposted examples dependant upon age, use and storage. Please see photos which form part of the description to assess appearance and condition.
