Face of disc looks good, back shows minor scuffing and scratches. None seem too deep or significant. Also included is the GameStop used case, which is in less than good shape. There are old sale stickers, scuffs, dents, scratches, the inside/backing is cracked and there is a flaw in the top left also. Mostly included for ease of transport.

I do not personally have a device so this game is untested.
