12.75" wide x 11.25" high.  Made of pine.  Hanging hook on the back - also stands on its own.  

There are three cubbies - the top two measure 5x4.5 and 5.25x4.5 and a little over 2" deep.  The bottom cubby is 10.75x4.5 - 3" deep.

There's an old key cylinder on the bottom with a metal plate. 

Nice patina! The outer sides have a darker, somewhat crackled patina.
