Overall nice condition showing some minor rough edge wear, patina, scuffs etc. from normal display purposes over the years. Metal wheels and tires.  I leave all (if any) cleaning up to the buyer.

A wonderful piece that's beautifully detailed.  Go for a "coastal vibe" with this rare item!
